On Saturday, August 17, 2019 Lockett Family Charitable Foundation gave away $3500 worth of gift cards to families to assist with purchasing uniforms and other school related items. LFCF partnered with Highland Hills Community Center, East Saint Paul Baptist Church and Jackson Shaw Foundation (Dallas, Texas) to offer backpacks and school supplies to families in Southeast Fort Worth. 340 backpacks were given away. Thanks in part to a generous donation from Jackson Shaw Foundation, the Lockett Foundation distributed gift cards from Old Navy, Target, Walmart and Quik Trip.
